Prikalpita is the nature of the one who perceives and judges the nature of internal and external objects, and the relationship that exists between objects as something independently substantial, existing and real. The erroneous discrimination results in regarding illusions as real, when in fact they are not, and have no objective reality. More importantly, those imaginative constructions pervade one's experience such that one developes a deep attachment to the self and external dharmas, thereby generating a self-made obstacle on the path of cultivation.

Basic Ideas of Yogacara Buddhism pisze:The imaginary nature is constructed of subject/object discriminations. It is the nature that accepts the reality of the "self". In Yogacara theory all objects, internal and external, are constructs which only exist as part of our awareness, so their nature is imaginary. There is no reality in this nature, it is just illusion. This nature accepts the validity of the illusory, i.e., that happiness depends on having a new car. The imaginary nature believes in the reality of the the water in a mirage.

Jakbyś jeszcze podawał źródła cytatów, to byłbym w niebie ;)
